Overview

The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering was established in 2002.The Department offers UG Course with an intake of 120 and PG (PEED, EPS) Courses with an intake of 36 and 18 respectively. The Department was accredited by NBA in 2008 and Re-accredited in 2017. The department has well-equipped laboratories with sophisticated lab equipment. The Department of EEE has well qualified and experienced faculty with different specializations. The Department is a beehive of academic activity and instrumental in creating successful careers for many students. The department of EEE offers value-added courses in order to meet current industry needs. The Convergence technical club of the department trains students on different modules like Electrical Design, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Embedded Systems, Programming Skills and IoT. The department has strong industry interaction and MoU with more than 25 core industries. The students are sent on internships leading to placements in core industries through the Industry Institution Interaction Cell. The Department produces engineering graduates with multi-disciplinary knowledge. Being known as the mother of all engineering courses EEE engineering colleges in Hyderabad offers a wide range of career choices in core technologies to the software industry.

PEO I : To prepare students with solid foundation in basic sciences, Electrical and Electronics Engineering principles, analytical and design skills and advanced computational techniques to enhance the potential in giving solutions to real life problems.
PEO II: To prepare the students for successful careers in Electrical and Electronics Engineering by providing required training.
PEO III: To inculcate professional and ethical attitude, effective communication skills of students and entrepreneurial practices for overall development.
PEO IV: To equip students with creative thinking and critical reasoning skills for lifelong learning.
