Biography

Dr. Kishore Ramineni received Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in 2005 from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in 2008 from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Immediately, he qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in 2008, and completed his PhD from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), Hyderabad, in 2015. During PhD he got opportunity to work for 3 months at ICIQ, Tarragona, Spain under student exchange programmed between ICIQ and IICT. Then, he moved to Korea Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea as a visiting scientist (postdoctoral fellowship) (September-2015 to July-2016) and then he moved as a postdoctoral fellow at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Dalian, China (November-2016 to October-2020). He worked as a project associate at CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology for 9 months. Then he has been working as a Principal Investigator for DRDO sponsored project at Srimaharshi Research Institute of Vedic Technology from June 2022. Later, he appointed as an Assistant Professor at Anurag University, Hyderabad (September-2022 to till date). He has more than 15 research publications in highly reputed and peer-reviewed journals, 3 patents and 1 book chapters to his credit.

Research Interests

Dr. Kishore Ramineni has enormously contributed in the field of Materials, Heterogenous catalysis, asymmetric catalysis, Organic transformations. He has acquainted with some of the spectroscopic techniques such as powder XRD, FT-IR, TOC, UV-DRS, XPS, SEM/TEM, GC-MS, NMR and Raman spectroscopy, and also have handled the pulse micro reactor and the pulse chemisorption to measure the dispersion of active metal as well as the TPD measurements for acid-base estimation of the solid acid-base catalysts.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Kishore worked as a Lecturer (In Chemistry), August 2008-April 2009, faculty in Sri Sai P.G and Degree College, Osmania university, Hyderabad (India) to teach post graduate students.
