Biography

Dr. T. Krishnaiah received his Bachelor degree from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Chittoor, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad during the year 2004 in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Masters degree with specialization in Industrial Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupathy in the year 2007 and Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in IC Engines from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, Ananthapuramu in the year 2016. He started his carrier as Assistant Professor with Sri Venkateswara Institute of Technology, Anantapur and worked there from June-2009-May-2014. He moved to Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology, Proddatur as assistant professor and worked there from June-2013 to May-2016. Later he move to Gates Institute of Technology (GIT), Gooty, and worked as Associate professor from June-2016 to April-2017. His association was started with Anurag Group of Institutions in May-2017, working as associate professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He published a patent in the year 2019 with title of invention “A system and apparatus for refining fuel from waste oil”. He participated actively in many workshops, faculty development programs and in programs related to social development. He also organized many workshops, conferences and symposiums. He guided 5 P.G. research projects and more than 35 under graduate projects during his tenure.

Research Interests

Dr.T.Krishnaiah research interests revolve around Thermodynamic analysis of power cycles, Designing of Hybrid Vehicles, Alternate Fuels, IC Engines- Thermal Sciences, Bio fuels, fuel-water emulsification technology, Design of heat exchangers and areas related to enhancement of heat transfer.

Teaching Interests

Dr.T.Krishnaiah has taught Engineering Drawing, Material Science & Engineering, Thermal Engineering I & II, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Machine tools for undergraduate classes and for post graduate classes he taught Fracture, Fatigue & Creep Deformation and Theory of Plasticity.
