CSE Faculty Publishes Q1 Research in Scientific Reports

Dr. D. Ramana Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Anurag University, has published a research paper titled “High-Precision Brain Tumor Segmentation with Switchable Normalization in Faster R-CNN Architecture” in Scientific Reports, a prestigious journal published by Springer Nature. The journal is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (SCIE) and holds a Q1 quartile ranking with a SCImago H-Index of 382.
The research focuses on enhancing the precision of brain tumor segmentation through the integration of Switchable Normalization with the Faster R-CNN architecture, demonstrating the application of advanced Artificial Intelligence and deep learning techniques in medical image analysis.
