Chemistry Professor Publishes Q1 Research in Next Materials

Anurag University congratulates Dr. E. Laxminarayana, Professor, Department of Chemistry, on the publication of his research paper titled "Structural, Optoelectronics and DFT Studies of Ethyl 5-Methyl-7-Phenyl-1,2,3,7,8a-Hexahydroimidazo[1,2-a] Pyridine-6-Carboxylate." The research has been published in Next Materials, a Q1 international journal indexed in Scopus and ESCI, with an Impact Factor of 4.7 and an H-Index of 20.
The study investigates the structural and optoelectronic properties of a novel imidazo-pyridine derivative using Density Functional Theory (DFT) alongside experimental characterization. The findings provide valuable insights into the material's electronic behavior and potential applications in advanced functional materials, optoelectronic devices, and computational chemistry.
This publication highlights the Department of Chemistry's commitment to cutting-edge materials research and reinforces Anurag University's focus on advancing scientific innovation through high-impact, globally recognized research publications.
