International Research Funding – AI-Powered Brain–Computer Interface for Early Detection of Depression and Anxiety

We are proud to share that Dr. Sravanth Kumar Ramakuri from the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Anurag University has received international research funding of £1,000 (approximately ₹1 Lakh) from MIT Square, London.
His project titled “AI-Powered Brain–Computer Interface for Early Detection of Depression and Anxiety” was selected among the Top 5 international research proposals. The project focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and brain–computer interface technology to enable early detection of mental health conditions. It has also been submitted for a patent, marking a significant step towards real-world impact.
