Dr. Poli Lokeshwara Reddy Wins Best Paper Award at IEEE InCoWoCo

His award-winning paper, 'H-LDM: A Hierarchical LLM-Driven Framework for Remote Sensing Change Detection and Domain Assistance,' has been published by IEEE and indexed in Scopus.

Change detection in remote sensing, identifying differences in satellite or aerial imagery over time, is vital for applications such as environmental monitoring, urban planning, and disaster response.
