Physics Faculty Publish Research in Q1 International Journal

Anurag University congratulates Mr. Lingamurthy Ande, Dr. M. Srinivasa Reddy, and Dr. D. Rajkumar from the Department of Physics on the successful publication of their research paper titled "Optimization of Group III Element (B, Al, and Ga) Doping in ZnO Nanoparticles for Superior Antibacterial Activity" in Materials Chemistry and Physics, a Q1 journal indexed in Scopus, WoS, and SCIE, with an Impact Factor of 5.2, CiteScore of 9.7, and an H-Index of 191.
The study explores the optimization of boron (B), aluminum (Al), and gallium (Ga) doping in zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles to enhance their antibacterial performance. The findings provide valuable insights into the design of advanced nanomaterials with improved antimicrobial properties, offering promising applications in biomedical devices, healthcare, and antimicrobial surface technologies.
