Fabrication of Silicon Schottky Diode by a Simple Silver Patterning

We are proud to share that Dr. Raghupathi Reddy and Dr. Thirupathi, Assistant Professors in the Department of Physics at Anurag University, have published a research paper titled “Fabrication of Silicon Schottky Diode by a Simple Silver Patterning.” The paper has been published in AIP Conference Proceedings (Vol. 3361, 030035, 2025).
The research focuses on developing a simplified fabrication technique for silicon Schottky diodes using silver patterning, aiming to improve efficiency and ease of production in semiconductor devices.
