Our Vision
At the School of Agriculture at Anurag University, you learn by blending science, technology, and sustainability to solve real agricultural challenges. Through research, field immersion, and mentorship, you gain the confidence to innovate, strengthen rural communities, and shape resilient food systems for a rapidly changing world.
Practical & Experiential Learning
The program emphasizes hands-on training, including the 20-week Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) with farmers and training in on-campus experimental farms and labs, following the ICAR syllabus.
Specialized Curriculum & Emerging Technologies
The curriculum integrates core agriculture with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and precision agriculture, complemented by Skill Enhancement Courses and the DAESI Programme.
Strong Faculty and Resources
Over 40 faculty and well-furnished laboratories, polyhouses, and experimental farms with the latest equipment support the practical learning of 1800+ students.
Proven Placements
The first graduating batch of B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture in 2025 achieved a 100% placement percentage with top recruiters including Krishinivas, Hygenus Bioceutical Pvt. Ltd., and Syngenta Biologicals.

How many days in a week do we have classwork?
University functions 6 days a week, whereas the student classwork is scheduled 5 days and Saturdays are meant for all clubs activities and events.
Will the library be open after college hours?
The central library is open till 6:00 pm on all working days.
What kind of fests are organized at the university?
Anurag University is known for its Annual fests like TEJAS- Project Expo, Daksha- Technical Fest, Synergy- Cultural Fest, Sports Bout – Sports Fest, TEDxAnuragU and many more.
Does university have any uniform or dress code?
University does not have uniform for students (except for School of Management) but a decent and formal attire for boys and girls is followed in the campus.
Can we come to university by self-driven vehicles?
Students are allowed to travel by self-driven vehicles only from 3rd year of graduation after they get a permanent driving license.
