CXO-Level Faculty and Industry-Led Learning
Professors hold senior leadership experience, including roles as CEOs or CXOs, enriching the learning environment with first-hand expertise. The school pioneered the concept of 'Process of Practice' faculty, with a large number of industry practitioners teaching.
Immersive Enterprise-Based Learning (EBL)
Students participate in Enterprise-Based Learning (EBL), where they run their own micro-enterprises on campus to learn practical management concepts. This hands-on approach includes programs like Anuri, where MBA students practically sell items like emblems, learning planning and execution.
Specialized, STEM-Focused Programs
The curriculum blends core management principles with specialized training in areas like Business Analytics, covering data analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning applications. The school offers a STEM-focused MBA program that includes three trimesters of intensive hands-on industry projects.
