Roadmap:

  • Define and scope the innovation opportunity: Determine the exact nature of the innovation opportunity from a customer’s perspective.(2 months)
  • Discover new ideas:Explore as many ideas as possible to solve the problem under consideration.(2 months)
  • Develop design concepts for experimentation: Build on the core set of ideas, then re-formulate into concepts by considering the functions that the intended solution should perform. (2 month)
  • Demonstrate the innovation through piloting and prototyping:Turn the prototype design into a working prototype and collect data through experiments.(5 months)
