Biography
Mamatha received a Doctorate (Management – Human Resources) from Osmania University, Telangana in 2012, and a Psychology from Kakatiya University in 2011. Her initial academic appointment was at Swarna Bharathi Institute of Technology. She moved to the Training and Placements at Anurag Group of Institutions in 2010 as Professor and serving as Training and Placement Officer.
Research Interests
Mamatha research interests are training, assessment of the students. Building unique competencies by mapping individual potential to desired expected skills set by conducting behavioral, technical and logical assessment tests.
Teaching Interests
Mamatha has thought General Management, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Communication. She has also thought company specific training models for the final year students of Engineering.
