Biography
K. Sunand, working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Anurag University since January 2016. He has more than 5 years of teaching experience. He is pursuing doctorate at JNTUH. He has good teachingskills, sound knowledgeon research and well-handling techniques on animal experimentation.His research domains are Neuroscience (Autism, Depression, Motor disorders, Alzheimer’s and cerebral ischemia), PCOS, and Probiotics. Currently, he is doing research work on Gut microbiota role in brain health.While teaching he completed many funded projects. He filed 1 patent. He is actively involved in technical writings and presentations of NBA & NAAC accreditations. He is the Life member of IPS, APTI Professional bodies. At Anurag University he is a member of IAEC (Institutional animal ethics committee).
Research Interests
Main domains of research are Neuroscience (Autism, Depression, Motor disorders, Alzheimer’s and cerebral ischemia), PCOS, and Probiotics,Diabetes.
