Institution of Engineers India (IEI)
The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] is the largest multi-disciplinary professional body of engineers, established in 1920 with its Headquarters located in Kolkata and incorporated under Royal Charter on 9th September, 1935 by the then His Majesty of King George V. The Royal Charter endowed the Institution with the responsibility to promote the general advancement of engineering amongst its members and persons attached to the Institution. After Independence, the Institution is a “Body Corporate” protected under Article 372 of the Constitution of India. The Institution of Engineers (India) is administered by a National Council with the President as its Head.
Indian Society for Technical Education(ISTE)
Indian Society For Technical Education aims at improving the standard of Technical Education in India. It is head quartered at New Delhi, and spreads its branches across the country.The Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, professional, non-profit making Society registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. CVSR college of Engineering is a renowned member of ISTE and runs ISTE chapter and ISTE student Chapter . The major objective of the ISTE is to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industries and other organizations. Being the only national organization of educators in the field of Engineering and Technology, ISTE effectively contributes in various missions of the Union Government. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, CTE / DST / MIT / State Governments are well associated with the ISTE for programmes relating to technical education.
IEEE AGI POWER AND ENERGY SOCIETY (PES)
IEEE AGI PES Chapter was inaugurated by Dr. Lakshminarayana Merugu, Chairman, IEEE Hyderabad Section and Shri. Kuppa Gopala Krishna, Chairman, PES/IAS/PELS Society Joint Chapter, IEEE Hyderabad on 16th June 2017 with the main moto to enhance the knowledge of the students in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, networking with experts and lay down a seed called as Innovation, Research & Development in the young minds so that they are Professional Developed with involvement in Professional Development Activities organized under the Chapter.
