Biography

Thirupathi received his Master of Science (Engineering Physics and Instrumentation) from Kakatiya University in 2008. He completed Ph. D in Physics in the field of “magnetic nanoparticles and thinfilms” from University of Hyderabad in 2016. He continued his postdoctoral research as Research Associate to work on the topic “rare-earth modified ferroelectric materials” at IIT Hyderabad in 2016. Then he continued his further research work as Research Associate to work on “microstructure of dispersoid particles for oxide dispersed strengthening steels” at IGCAR in 2017. He had completed his two years of teaching and research at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science from 2020-2022. He joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of H&S at Anurag university in 2022. He is a lifetime member in Electron Microscope Society of India (EMSI).

Research Interests

He has been working on the following topics:
magnetic films, heterostructures, nanomaterials and ferrofluids; Magnetic nanofibers; Rare-earth modified ferroelectrics, Synthesis of perovskites, pyrochlore structures; Synthesis of dispersoids for oxide dispersion strengthening steels, multiferroics, ferroelectric-ferromagnetic composites, Magnetooptical Kerr effect;

Teaching Interests

He taught Applied Physics and Engineering Physics for undergraduate students. He also dealt the labs of postgraduate students.
