B-Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Overview
The EEE program at Anurag University is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering principles, as well as the practical skills needed to apply these principles in the real world.
Outcome Based Education
PEO (Programme Educational Objectives)
1. Able to engage in design, development, testing and manufacturing of electrical and electronics machinery and equipment and allied systems with entrepreneurial practices.
2. Able to provide the cost-effective engineering solutions to the real time complex engineering problems by applying electrical and electronics engineering knowledge with research attitude.
3. Able to exhibit professionalism, ethical responsibility, team work skills and leadership qualities to work effectively in multidisciplinary groups.
4. To inculcate intellectual skills, life-long learning to caters the needs of society.
PO (Program Outcome)
1. Ability to apply knowledge of Mathematics, Science and Engineering, knowledge.
2. Ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data, Experimentation & Interpret/Engineering Analysis.
3. Ability to design a system, component or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as Economic, Environmental, Social, Political, Ethical, Health and Safety , Manufacturability and Sustainability, Design and Modeling.
4. Ability to identify, formulate and solve complex engineering problems.
5. Ability to use techniques, skills and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
6. Knowledge of contemporary issues and non-contemporary issues, nontechnical issues, global awareness with society concern.
7. The Broad education necessary to understand the impact of engineering solutions in a global economic, environmental and social context.
8. Understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.
9. Ability to function on multidisciplinary teams.

11. To prepare the students ready for industry usage by providing required training in cutting edge technologies for project management.

PSO (Program Specific Outcome)
1. Ability to apply the professional core theories and process to choose the sustainable control, measuring and drive circuitry for the specified upcoming fields.
2. Ability to design, simulate and analysis of various problems related to electrical and electronics engineering for different applications in modern fields.
3. To prepare the students to succeed in competitive examinations for higher education and employment related to electrical and electronics engineering.
4. Ability to find engineering solutions for society concern problems related to electrical and electronics engineering.
Honours & Minors
About B. Tech. (Honors/Minor)
AICTE in its ‘Model Curriculum – 2018’ for UG Program in Engineering & Technology has recommended that a student will be eligible to get an undergraduate degree with ‘Honors’ or ‘Minor Engineering’ if he/she completes and acquires an additional 18-20 credits. AU gives its students the opportunity to get a degree in B. Tech. (Hons.) or B.Tech. (Minor Engg.), by earning 18 additional credits of professional courses. These additional credit courses shall not be part of the regular curriculum
Eligibility
- B. Tech. (Hons./Minor Engg.) degree is open to all current Engineering /Technology undergraduates who have taken admission on or after the academic year 2022 – 23
- A B. Tech. (Reg.) student should secure a CGPA of at least 7.5 by the end of 2nd sem without any backlogs.
- A B. Tech. (LES) student should secure a SGPA of at least 7.5 in the 3rd sem without any backlogs.
- Students securing ‘F’ grade in any previous semester(s) are not eligible for registration.
