Biography
Mr. M. Hari Prasad received Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering) from Scient Institute of Technology in 2006, Masters (Computer Science and Engineering) from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad in 2008. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. from VIT University, Vellore. His initial academic appointment was at Guru Nanak Group of Institutions in 2008 as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering during 2008-2009. He moved to Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women in 2010. In 2013, he moved to Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Technical Campus Faculty of Engineering, Pune as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department. He also worked as Internal Senior Supervisor and College Examination Officer (CEO). In 2018, he moved to D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune as Assistant Professor. In 2018, he moved to K7 Computing Pvt. Ltd., Chennai as Senior Technical Trainer. In 2018, he joined Anurag Group of Institutions, Hyderabad as Assistant Professor. He is also the convener for Center for Development of Technical Competencies (CDTC). He is a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education.
Research Interests
Mr. M. Hari Prasad’s research interests revolve around object detection in the surveillance video. As there is a need for security in public places like shopping malls, screens, hospitals, railway stations, airport etc., suspicious objects are detected in the surveillance video. He is also interested in Internet of Things (IoT). His research wing (IoT) is also particularly interested in solving the society problems and also involved in developing applications for the crop disease detection.

Mr. M. Hari Prasad has taught classes in C & Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming through C++, Object Oriented Programming through JAVA, Operating Systems, Real Time Operating Systems, Scripting Languages, and Python
