Biography
R Ramprakash was born in Warangal, Telangana, India in 1984. He received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kakatiya University, in He received the masters degree in VLSI&ES from PES college of Engineering, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum in 2011. His research interest include Low power VLSI and 3d transistor design.
